Free Shipping option will be posted with a registered Australia Post tracking number. Please allow between 7-10 business days.
Express post will be posted the next business day and will receive first priority with no signature required. Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to increased parcel volumes.

Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 14-20 working days. Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
Returns & Repairs
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you've ordered.
If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind you must notify us on [email protected] within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product of what you would like to do.
You must return the product in its original condition and packaging with a tracking number. We do not refund delivery costs for returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty. We will not be liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/paypal/afterpay that you used.
Depending on the product purchased, your order will be packed in a Sue Sensi pouch, paper envelope,box or bag.
We will repair damaged jewellery within 30 days of purchase at our discretion,
we might need to charge depending on what is wrong with the item. After 30 days there will be a charge depending on the condition of the item.
If parts are missing or soldering is needed we need to charge.You would need to send the item back the same postal way with a tracking, we do not refund postage.There is no charge on restringing a bracelet.
It is at our discretion whether the faulty product will be replaced. We do not replace or refund items if they have tarnished or the gold or rose gold plating has come off due to it not being looked after.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear from everyday wear. Discolour is not covered if it has come in contact with soap,perfume,creams sanitisers or the skin is acidic, if looked after and cleaned this will not happen.
An evil eye charm is placed on every piece of jewellery. “If the eye charm falls/breaks off it has protected you from negative energy,” it has done its purpose! If you would like another one back on you can purchase new eyes online or leave it off.
