Depending on where you live our shipping rates may vary. We endevour to dispatch goods within 48 hours of order. We will have your purchase delivered using Australia Post or couriered to the delivery address provided by you. We will re-deliver, replace or refund the Product (at our discretion) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.
Returns & exchange
Subject to your rights at law, we will only accept the return of products if: We accept that the products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, in which case we will, at our discretion, replace the products or credit you with a full refund; or We accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, in which case we will, at our discretion, replace the incorrect product with the correct product or credit you with a full refund. You may not return products simply because you change your mind.
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order you must contact us the same day that you placed the order. Some orders ship the same day, so we need to know as soon as possible. Calling in or requesting a cancellation does not guarantee your order can be cancelled or changed as it may have already been shipped.
