Step 1: Adding items to your bag
Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have a charm or colour options. Select the charm and colour you would like to order and click on the “add to bag” button. If a specific charm or colour is currently out of stock or has been sold out you will not be able to add it to your basket. If you want to add more items to your bag click the “continue shopping” button.
Step 2: Your bag
You can review the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking the “view bag” button at the top of the page.
To amend the quantity :
Change the number in the “Qty” box
Select the “update order” button.
The bag will update your order.
To delete an item from your bag :
Click the “delete” check box next to the item you wish to remove.
Click the “update order” button to update your order before proceeding to the checkout.
When you are happy with your selections, click the “checkout” button and complete your contact, delivery and payment details.
Step 3: Checkout – contact & delivery details (secure area)
Our checkout will prompt you to enter your contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), please select the “submit” button. Please make sure your email address and phone number is correct.
The window will display your contact & delivery details in a secure area and you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet.
Step 4: Order confirmation & payment
It is important that you confirm your order, and then complete the payment details. Please check your order and payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information please select the “confirm” button. When we receive your order, we will send you an email confirming your order.
