Deliveries – Australia
Your merchandise will be shipped through Registered Express mail or Express Post with Australia Post.
Please note Registered post Mail requires a signature.
All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after the order and payment is received.
Please allow anywhere from 24-48 hours.
Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days. Please add a fee of: On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
Returns & Repairs
Sue Sensi strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you’ve ordered.
If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind you must notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org
within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product of what you would like to do.
You must return the product in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card /paypal that you used.
We will repair damaged jewellery within 30 days of purchase at our discretion,
after this 30 days there may be a charge depending on the condition of the item.
There is no charge on restringing a bracelet.
An evil eye charm is placed on every piece of jewellery.“If the eye charm falls off it has protected you from negative energy,” it has done its purpose!
New eyes can be purchased from your local stockist or the website.
All postage will also be refunded back into your credit card/paypal account.
